Service Description

animaker lets users upload a portrait photo and a reference video to generate a new motion video. The service may include account features, credit-based generation, task history, downloads, and related tools.

Generated output depends on the quality of uploaded materials, system availability, third-party providers, and technical limits. We do not guarantee that every generation will meet a specific creative expectation.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

User Content

You retain the rights you hold in photos, videos, prompts, generated videos, and other content you upload or create through animaker.

By using the service, you grant animaker the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, display, and deliver your content solely for operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload or generate.

Credits, Pricing, and Payments

animaker uses a credit-based generation model. One credit creates one video generation request unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the product interface.

Prices, product packages, credit validity, and payment methods may change over time. The current checkout page or pricing page controls the terms of a purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing credits, you agree to the applicable payment provider terms.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, purchases are final. If a generation task fails due to service processing, animaker may automatically return the consumed credit to your account.

Service Availability

We aim to keep animaker reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network issues, security events, or other factors outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

Intellectual Property

The animaker website, product design, software, text, graphics, logos, and service features are owned by animaker or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of animaker technology, branding, or service materials to you.
